Try this delicious recipe and enjoy it with ketchup or mint chutney 😍 If you like this recipe, don’t forget to 👍 Like, 💬 Comment & 🔔 Subscribe for more easy Ramadan recipes! 🥘 Ingredients • 5 tbsp butter • 1 onion, finely chopped • 1 carrot, finely chopped • 3 tbsp green chilli paste • 500g boiled chicken (shredded) • 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste) • 2 tbsp red chilli powder • 1 tbsp cumin powder • 1 tbsp black pepper powder • 3 boiled potatoes (mashed) • ½–1 cup green peas (mattar) • ½ cup fresh cream • 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander • 2 eggs (for coating) • Dry vermicelli (crushed, for coating) • Oil for frying ⸻ 👩🍳 Method 1. Prepare the base Heat butter in a kadai. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Add chopped carrot and cook for 2–3 minutes. 2. Add spices & chicken Add green chilli paste and mix well. Add shredded boiled chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well. 3. Add vegetables Add mashed boiled potatoes and green peas (mattar). Mix everything thoroughly and cook for 2–3 minutes. Turn off the flame. 4. Finish the mixture Add fresh cream and chopped coriander. Mix well and let the mixture cool completely. 5. Shape & coat Shape into cutlets. Dip each cutlet in beaten eggs. Coat with crushed dry vermicelli. 6. Fry Deep fry on medium heat until golden and crispy. ⸻ ❄️ Freezing Tip (Great for Ramadan Prep) • Arrange coated cutlets on a tray and freeze until firm. • Store in an airtight container. • Fry directly from frozen when needed — perfect for quick Iftaar snacks!
