The mall is located at Filinvest City in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. The mall opened on May 15 1998. The mall has a gross floor area of 400,000 square meters and is the 5th largest mall in the Philippines. It is one of the premiere shopping malls in the south. On the first quarter of 2014, its Administration has recently completed the initial phase of the extension of the mall called the River Park. It opened a section of the Expansion Wing called the Water Garden in 2017. The Landmark supermarket and food center opened on July 28, 2017. The Landmark Department Store opened on October 6, 2017.
