It’s a community and a solution for those who are too busy, can’t afford, or don’t have access to a regular fitness facility. It’s for anyone and can be done anywhere! 6 days a week we program the workout of the day. We provide 1-3 variations of the workout depending on what equipment you have. Minimum required equipment to follow is either a set of dumbbells and either a pull up bar (even a doorway one) or some TRX bands or something. OR a barbell and plates. If the workout is super simple, you might only see one version. If there is an opportunity to do a barbell or dumbbell version - you will see 2 versions. When we want to offer a version with things like the rower or a bike, ghd, things like that - you will see 3 versions. We show a bunch of scales and subs as well. We provide a demo for every workout, every version, every day. These are found on our private IG and FB pages. On Mon - Wed - Fri we program the SHIFT workouts. These are scaled versions of the workout for people who may be new to this type of training, coming back from injury, pregnant or postpartum mamas, or even KIDS! On Sunday we program a week full of accessory workouts that people can add in if they are interested (or have time). These are Oly, Power, Butts and Guts, Suns Out Guns Out, Gymnastics and Endurance. We also have our Members Only section on our site that is full of warm ups, mobility, technique videos, recipes and other nutritional info. And our favorite part?? Contact daily with your coaches on FB and IG. Miranda and Julian providing insight and advice for the workouts by demoing them LIVE, recording daily tips and commenting on all questions posted in our Private Group!!
