If you missed part one that I recently published, be sure to go watch that one first, as I show how the wafers were created. Here is a link to that video: • Powder Wafer Flow Toppers - Part 1 In this follow-up video, I am sharing how I set up the flow stacks and the process of firing them, including some still shots of the glass at top temp. Finally you'll see the finished results and a comparison of finished diameter and thickness, compared to the original wafers and set up.Firing schedule at the end of the video, but please remember all kilns fire differently and you may need to adjust time and temperature ranges based on how your kiln fires. This process is beyond a regular full fuse by about another 50-75 degrees F (depending on what your normal full fuse range is.) All frit used in this project is 96 COE, by Val Cox: https://valcox.com/fusingfrit96 The clear is just some 96 COE clear scrap that I cut into squares, cleaned, and stacked. Likely Oceanside or even older Spectrum. I hope you find this video inspiring! If so, and you create something similar, please follow me on Facebook and share your photos with me, I’d love to see! / fullmoonloondesigns Thank you for watching!
