Follow along with Hallie as she guides you through a Beginner Level Kettlebell Workout. In this workout there are 3 different exercises: -Kettlebell Cleans -Partial Turkish Get Ups -Split Stance Deadlifts *These are all foundational kettlebell skills that you will need to learn in order to progress to more dynamic and complicated movements with your bell. Each exercise is performed for 40sec with 20sec of rest to transition. You will keep your heart rate elevated throughout this workout and also work through all three planes of motion while mastering these basic kettlebell skills. *If you are not familiar with any kettlebell technique, we suggest you try the INTRO TO KETTLEBELLS workout and the TURKISH GET UP TUTORIAL first.
