Ingredients: 1 cup coconut or almond milk 1/2 tsp ashwaganda root (or powder) 1 tbsp dried rose petals 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 fresh strawberry Directions: 1. Gently warm all of the ingredients minus the strawberry, in a small saucepan on medium heat 2. When the milk begins to bubble, turn the heat off 3. Transfer the milk to the blender using a sieve to catch the solid ingredients 4. Add in the strawberry 5. Blend on high until liquified 6.
