Exploring Xi’an in three days, it’s such an amazing city filled with different cultures and history. We stayed at the Sofitel hotel. Day 1: we began our trip by eating OF COURSE, we went to the famous street food in Xi’an which is in the Muslim Quarter. The sight and smells of this street where amazing!! Day 2: we went to see the terracotta warriors. We took a didi because we couldn’t find the bus it’s a 1 hour drive from the city. Seeing the terracotta warriors and reading the history turned back the clock for me. Such an amazing experience. Day 3: we had to go to the hospital to get a COVID-19 test because we are traveling to other cities in China it was pretty hectic. In the afternoon we headed to see the Xi’an city wall, such a beautiful view. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go and see the wild goose pagoda temple so we headed to Jamaica blue to have a flaming wild goose pagoda. Jamaica blue Jiajia is the owner of Jamaica blue it’s a hostel and a restaurant. The food is amazing as soon as we entered for breakfast Jiajia just welcomed us with open arms. We really felt like home with her around. The same day she asked us where we was going and we told her she then showed us some pictures of where she had been on her vacation and it just took my breath away we decided to cancel all our plans and let her plan our vacation.She planned our next trips for the flowing days to come.
