Tik Tok:   / mikeshardreviews   Sugar Plum Last Word: 1 oz (30ml) Lime Juice 1 oz (30ml) Green Chartreuse (or Alternative) 1 oz (30ml) Plum Wine 1 oz (30ml) Gin Garnish: Sugar Rim and Maraschino Cherry Method: Prepare a glass with a sugar rim by lining the edge of the glass with citrus juice and rolling through sugar. Place in the freezer to keep cold. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds. Double strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry, sunk to the bottom of the glass. Serve forth.
