For the second time in my life, I've decided to try training for a marathon. While the first time was cut short due to injury, I'm hoping more than a decade of experience since then can overcome my physical limits. Now that I'm 45 though, is this really a good idea? This is the twelfth of eighteen weeks of training. This was my last week running in the neighborhood as we start our move to my wife's next military assignment. I took it easy to make sure I could get through the training on top of everything else that we had going on. I'm following the Marathon training plan on the free Nike Run Club app. This week was 3 recovery runs, 1 tempo run, and a 90 minute long run. I also stream non-running related things over on Twitch.
