Curfew Sessions: a bass cover of "500 Miles High" , a jazz fusion standard from Chick Corea's album Light As A Feather, released in 1973. Unfortunately, Chick Corea passed away last month. He won 23 Grammy Awards over his very long career. He was a pianist virtuoso, incredible composer & arranger, as well as the band leader of Return To Forever and the Chick Corea Elektrik Band. He mixed classical, jazz and latin influences in his rich compositions and collaborated with the greatest players of his generations such as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Gary Burton amongst many others.
