Difficult? Unhealthy? Sustainable? Bland? These are all questions I had before I began my vegan journey, and many others have them, too. So, let's get to the bottom of those questions in less than 5 minutes! As I'm always honest with you, do note that while I talk about a whole foods diet for health in this video, I, too, eat the occasional more processed treats like vegan nuggets, burgers, etc. However, I can feel good about those choices knowing I eat them occasionally and they are much healthier for me overall than animal product junk food. Plus, no animal harm involved!!
