Recipe: Remove the crown of the pineapple by twisting. Then, cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple to give you a flat surface on both sides. Slice downward from top to bottom cutting off the outer skin just as deep as to remove the eyes. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, then quarter it the same way. Using a 45 degree angle, remove the core from the quarters. Slice the quarters into thirds lengthwise, then cut into 1 inch pieces in width. Keep refridgerated. Stays good for 5-7 days.
