Sangrai seledri di api sedang kecil hingga kering lalu masukkan ke dalam blender 2. Masukkan bawang putih goreng, bawang merah goreng, oregano kering, kunyit bubuk, paprika bubuk, garam, gula pasir, merica, kaldu ayam bubuk, baking powder dan sebagian tepung tapioka, blender hingga halus 3. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk lalu tambahkan sisa tapioka dan tepung terigu, aduk rata 4. Tepung bumbu serbaguna homemade siap digunakan =================== [ENGLISH] Homemade Seasoned Flour Recipe (for 300 g) Ingredients: 200 g all-purpose flour 50 g tapioca/cornstarch 1 tsp paprika powder (optional) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (optional) 1 tbsp fried shallot 1 tbsp fried garlic 14 leaf celery 1/2 tbsp dried oregano 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp chicken powder 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar Steps: 1. Toast the celery on medium-low heat until dry, then add to a blender. 2. Add fried garlic, fried shallot, dried oregano, turmeric powder, paprika powder, salt, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, baking powder, and some of the tapioca flour. Blend until smooth. 3. Transfer to a bowl, then add the remaining tapioca flour and all-purpose flour. Mix well. 4.
