Anywhere is fine. I stop wherever I think of and walk around the area. Continuing along the road, I come across Kamekobashi Bridge over the Tsurumi River, where the river, once traced back to its source, now flows through the town as a mighty current. Crossing the bridge, I see the torii gate of Sengen Shrine, a reminder of the continued faith despite its repeated shifts. Amid the sounds of traffic on the narrow road, I see records of flooding, a testament to the land's repeated flooding. The winding terrain of the Tsurumi River likely carries memories of both the village and disaster. Continuing my walk, I arrive at Sennenji Temple, where the Heart Sutra inscribed on the cloth of the Six Jizo statues gently sways in the breeze. The scent of lavender and rosemary wafts through the grounds, and a corner of the cemetery has been landscaped as a flower garden, evoking the cycle of life. Furthermore, at a crossroads, a small roadside god stands, guarding the village and guiding travelers, still enshrining prayers in stone.
