SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK | Lodgepole Summer Camp 2024 | 4K

Date: June 26-28, 2024. Our trip this year to Sequoia National Park staying at Lodgepole Campground. This time with my wife Jocy and our pug Appa, my aunt Mimi and uncle John. It was a great place to camp during summer when it's not weekend to avoid the crowd. Registered temperature at night was recorded at around 50 degrees. This time it was a bit smokey due to a fire I think North of Kings Canyon. This national park is unique since it has the top 6 largest trees in the world including the General Sherman Tree which is largest in the world by volume. The dog is not allowed on trails. but Appa was able to walk around the Giant Forest. There are bugs around the camp so be aware. The Lodgepole Market Place has a store, a grill, laundry and showers.
