I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast but coming from a family where sweets are a mandatory part of the day, its really tough to stay in shape. Even I have those days where I’m just lazying around, binge eating and not working out at all. But, it is equally important to get back to the normal routine and maintain the desired shape of the body. HIIT (High- Intensity Interval Training) workout not only helps you in fat loss, but also promotes muscle growth which thereby increases the overall metabolism of the body. In this particular workout, we will be performing 30 secs of 12 different exercises. The workout pattern will be as follows: 1)- Jumping Jacks 2)- Burpees 3)- Mountain Climbers 4)- Push Ups 5)- Jumping Lunges 6)- Russian Twist 30 Secs BREAK 7)- Bridge Up (Left) 8)- Brige Up (Right) 9)- Elbow to Plank 10)- Squat Jacks 11)- High Knees 12)- Side Hops 30 Secs BREAK 1 Minute round of SURPRISE I hope you guys like the workout. Don’t forget to add basic stretching post the completion of the workout. Also, go at your own pace. It is OK to take your own time. Don’t rush into to being the fittest.
