Many of you have been asking me regarding how frequently do you need to follow my workouts? Well if you are really serious to shed that extra weight from your body, this is THE WORKOUT!! This particular workout is designed to target each and every muscle group of your body. You will feel little soreness in your body once you try it, but it should not stop you to try this quick 15 minute workout for 2 weeks continuously (10 sessions in total). The effectiveness of the workout depends on how hard you go. The workout includes 12 exercises which will be performed for 30 secs each x 2 sets. The workout structure would be 3 complete sets of 4 minutes each followed by a quick burnout round. 1)- Push Ups 2)- Crunch 3)- Tricep Dips 4)- Scissor Kicks X2 1)- Squats 2)- Flutter Kicks 3)- Superman 4)- 1 Arm 1 Leg reach X2 1)- Side to side by mountain climbers 2)- Plank dip left side/ right side 3)- Plank Twist 4)- Lunge pulse left/ right x2 Quick Burnout- 1 minute Burpee Remember to give your 100% while performing this workout for optimum results.
