Carl Saville at CrossFit Colchester and The Pole Squat Hey guys, today we’re going to be going through a pole squat and then reason we use these in the warm up (inaudible) (00:06) accessory workforce point is to get your body used to be in a position to keep your chest nice and tall till your body stays upright in the squat. So how we do this is you’re going to be standing about a foot away from himself, you’re going to put your hands around the back of it, you’re going to take a good solid grip of your fingers and you’re just going to walk yourself down into the squat.
