Chunky Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies are bursting with pecans, walnuts, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. A super moist Chocolatey Cookie that all will ENJOY!!! INGREDIENTS: Preheat oven to 325 F. 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips 6 tablespoons butter 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon instant expresso powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup pecan halves 1 cup walnut halves 1 cup peanut butter chips 6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips 1 tablespoon flour To a microwave bowl add the 8 ounces chocolate chips and butter. Heat till melted, stirring occasionally. Let cool for about 15-20 minutes. In a large bowl add the 2 eggs, instant expresso powder, vanilla and sugar. Whisk together, then use a hand mixer and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Set aside. In a small bowl add the 1/3 cup flour, baking powder and salt, whisk together. Set aside. Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and beat till completely combined. Add flour mixture to chocolate batter, mix to combine. In a medium bowl add the pecans, walnuts, peanut butter chip, 6 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon flour. Toss to combine. Mix nuts and chips together with the chocolate batter, fold together. Place large scoops of cookie dough on parchment lined cookie sheet. I put six to a tray. Bake at 325 F. for 14 -15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for about 2-3 minutes. Then remove to wire rack to cool completely. ENJOY!!!
