Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups of dried chickpeas 3-5 Tbsp of olive oil 1 Tsp of onion powder 2 Tsp of garlic powder 2 Tbsp of tapioca starch 1 1/2 Tbsp of psyllium husk powder 1 1/2 Cups of vegetable broth 1/2 Tsp of salt 2 tsp of oregano 1 Tsp of thyme 1 Tsp pf traditional active yeast Instructions: 1. Soak chickpeas overnight or up to 8 hours. 2. Rinse the chickpeas and add it in a blender. Add olive oil, onion and garlic powder in addition to oregano and rosemary. 3. Add vegetable broth and blend the chickpeas until its smooth as possible. 4. Pour the batter into a large bowl and add the tapioca starch, psyllium husk powder, salt and yeast. 5. Mix the dry ingredients in the batter thoroughly, cover the bowl and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours. 6. Grease your pan with olive oil and pour batter into it. 7. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, oregano and gradually pour it over the batter ensure its fully coated. 8. Bake for 30mins at 400F and then for 10mins at 425 until top crust is golden. Use a toothpick to test if the bread is ready.
