Butch Jones (ex- Kingpin) Milton "Butch" Jones was a founder and de facto leader of Young Boys Incorporated (YBI), a notorious drug trafficking gang in Detroit in the late 1970s and 1980s. The gang was known for its highly organized structure and its use of minors as drug couriers to avoid adult criminal penalties.  Organization: YBI operated like a corporation, efficiently running a heroin empire that reportedly grossed millions annually. Criminal Activity: The organization was associated with significant violence, including murders, as a means of control and eliminating competition. Incarceration: Jones was first imprisoned in the early 1980s, but continued to run some operations from prison. He was later indicted again on federal drug and murder charges in the early 2000s and sentenced to a long federal prison term.
