Here is the recipe: Butterfly Pea Syrup: Brew 4 oz of Butterfly Pea Flower Tea. The more flowers you add, the deeper the color. I added 8 - 12 flowers. Dissolve 240g of sugar in the tea over heat until everything is combined. Bottle and store. Cocktail: 1/2 oz (15 ml) Butterfly Pea Syrup 1/2 oz (15 ml) Orgeat 1/2 oz (15 ml) Orange Curacao 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice 1 oz (30 ml) Imo Shochu (42% abv) 1 oz (30 ml) Silver Rum 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters 2 Drops of Saline Solution Add crushed ice to a shaker and shake for 5 - 10 seconds. Pour out the shaker contents into a kusogaki glass. Top off with more crushed ice if necessary. Float 0.5 oz (15 ml) dark rum on top of drink. Garnish with spanked mint and a skewer of 2 tanghulu grapes.
