Socials: Instagram - / makeupbyrach_mua Facebook - / rachael.sukhdeo Tiktok - https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeH8kqsm/ INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED TO SEASON SHRIMP 4 lbs shrimp - cleaned, deveined & washed in lime/lemon juice & flour 4 tbsp fresh green seasoning (8-10 leaves of bandania/chandon beni/culantro, 5 clove of garlic, 3 pimento peppers, hot pepper it optional) 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp blackpepper 1/4 tsp Chief all purpose seasoning 1/2 tsp Adobo all purpose seasoning 1/2 Maggi all purpose seasoning TO COOK SHRIMP 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1/4 tsp whole grain geera/cumin seeds 1/4 tsp methi seeds 1 chopped onion 4 cloves chopped garlic 2 chopped tomatoes 2 chopped pimento peppers 1 chopped chive/scallion 3-4 stems fine thyme hot pepper to taste (optional) 1 cup water (to cook curry powder and seasonings) 4 tbsp mixed curry powder (2:2 or 3:1 yellow:duck & goat ratio, depending on how light or dark you want the colour of your shrimp to be Taste & adjust salt and pepper before turning off NOTE I love to use curry leaves/carapoolay in all my curry dishes but didn’t have any in hand. I sometimes have difficulty locating them because they are not usually sold in the supermarket or market. Once you can locate it, put 5-6 chopped leaves in this recipe (with all the chopped seasonings)
