Tonight I am starting night 1/4 night shifts as a nursing student on a specialized respiratory unit. Tonight, with my preceptor we are in the Step-Down unit, which is the unit patients are sent after they've been "stepped down" from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)! I'm learning more about interpreting ECG/EKGs.
