Adding integral color to concrete is really pretty easy. All I do is order my color from Marshalltown.com. I use the discount code EAC to get my 10% off, and they ship it to my house. Once I have the color (it comes in bags), I bring it to the concrete ready mix company and put the color right into the concrete truck. When the concrete dispatcher loads the truck, the concrete mixes with the powdered color and colors the concrete as it mixes inside the mixing drum. When the concrete truck shows up on the jobsite, the concrete comes out of the truck whatever color you added to the mix. Pouring a colored concrete floor really isn't any different than pouring a regular concrete floor. Just be careful not to keep adding water to the mix once you start. The added water could slightly change the shade of color once the floor is finished.
