Magical Sledding Hill, BEST Ever Chocolate Cake and Poutine | Freeze Dryer Room

Hi there, today I wanted to share with you my mom's favourite chocolate cake recipe - it's so good! I also made some Poutine, which is a Canadian recipe we all love. We got the lights up on the sledding hill and had some fun sledding. I hope you enjoy coming along with us. Thanks for watching! Best Ever Chocolate Cake 2 c sugar 2 c flour 3/4 c cocoa powder 2 tsp baking soda Dash salt 2 eggs 1 c mayo 1/4 c olive oil 2 tsp vanilla 2 c cold strong coffee 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well blended 3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs lightly, add mayo, olive oil, vanilla and coffee. Whisk until combined. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until light. The batter will be thin. 5. Grease and flour 9 by 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. 6. Cool completely before frosting or cutting. *Nana's Notes This cake is very rich and moist. I usually don't frost it, I dust it with icing sugar and serve it with ice cream.
