Subscribe & check out my other videos! / cookingandcrafting It seriously couldn't get any easier than this. It's like getting the thinnest, crispiest crust pizza EVER. SO YUM! Mother LOVED it!! Scott hasn't eaten yet, but he loves anything pizza What are your favorite toppings for a pizza? At the end of this video I provide two links. The first is to a chicken pesto pizza (YUM!!) • Chicken Pesto Pizza and the other is to a homemade pizza dough • How to Make Fast & Easy Homemade Pizza Dou... You basically need: Burrito sized tortilla THEN you will need whatever you desire on your pizza!! Pepperoni Italian sausage Ham Bacon Cheese!!! Green peppers (microwave them to get them less firm) Mushrooms Black olives Onion Pizza sauce Spray your nonstick pan with Pam. Keep it going low and slow on the heat. I like MEDIUM heat to go with my Orgreenics pan. http://amzn.to/1oVLLIr Place your tortilla in the pan. Then start building your pizzadilla on half of the tortilla. Go easy on the ingredients. You can make a lot of them if you are very hungry. But they can get too heavy to really pick up and eat like a quesadilla if you overload it. If you don't mind, I don't! So go for it!! I started with a thin layer of pizza sauce. Placed all my ingredients on them and THEN I put on the cheese. "Why Beth? That is backwards!! The cheese should go on after the sauce!" Well that's so all my ingredients can get warm without the cheese melting and spilling out. The pepperoni was cold, so I wanted it to get nice and greasy Close the tortilla up in half. Now, wait for the magic to happen. When you think it is sufficiently warmed up, about 1-2 minutes, flip it over. Let it go until you see the cheese melting. You can switch it up and make a full-sized tortilla pizza too. But this will not be easy, as you will have to flip the entire huggggge tortilla. Place one tortilla on the bottom, put all your ingredients in on the entire tortilla. Cover with another tortilla. Good luck turning this one!! Enjoy I'm working on a website! It will take some time to get it going, but here it is: http://www.cookingandcrafting.com/ Please don't forget to "like", share, favorite and comment my video! Sharing is caring. Since then we have met up in real life many times. You will LOVE her tutorials and learn how to decorate cupcakes better than most bakeries do. She lives in Canada, but I really wish she lived next door. Also check out Jenn of cupcakesandcardio. You will love her as well. http://tinyurl.com/lahtvfp She and I have just recently become YT besties, have now met in real life twice and done some video collaborations together. When we are together, we "get" each other. It is hard to explain to people sometimes what you do and it is nice to be comfy knowing that she also understands everything I am talking about. Oddly enough, she too lives in Canada. I may have to move there soon since such awesome ladies are produced there! Lastly, smile! I like it when you smile :) For business inquiries: cookingandcrafting@gmail.com
