Thruxton - Crash and Action - CSCC Weekend - May 2023

The action from what turned out to be a very 'all over the shop' weekend of racing from the Classic Sports Car Club's visit to Thruxton. For starters, I ended up filming at the last chicane from the grandstand because the weather was too unbearable anywhere else on the Saturday; was quite difficult to film from here but I gave it my best! Tried many different locations before ending up in the grandstand but I'd have definitely destroyed a camera without shelter. Then onto Sunday... almost like it was a completely different season; gorgeous weather conditions for some more action! As for the racing in general, like I always say we had great variety and equally brilliant racing from the CSCC, another successful weekend of British club racing if I do say so myself. Unfortunately saw a fair few damaged vehicles return home from this meeting, but with the conditions in play it doesn't really come as a surprise to me - hope no one had anything too major damage wise!
