WHO'S THE FASTEST? Virtual relay over 5km and 5miles to crown the quickest running team.

With most races cancelled, Ilford AC took park in the first ever virtual 12-stage Essex road relay championships to decide which team is the fastest. Teams are made up of 12 runners - 6running 5km legs and 6 running 5miles time trials. All the GPS data is collected and the team with the quickest time over 12 legs is crowned champion. Teams have 72 hours to log times.
