Inspiring people to shape the future | Andreas Huber | TEDxMünster

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. As the youngest member of the Club of Rome in Germany Andreas Huber inspires and educates about the way we leave a better world for future generations. How to do that? In his talk Andreas Huber illustrates how to create projects that leave an impact through unusual approaches such as the story of fair chocolate that went all the way up to the international space station ISS. The talk is recorded in German Andreas Huber, the youngest member of the German Association Club of Rome, was inspired to change his own way of life by a talk of the Club of Rome member Franz Joseph Radermacher. The Club of Rome is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. It raised considerable public world wide attention in 1972 with its report “The Limits to Growth”. Besides his work as Managing Director of the DESERTEC Foundation, the Global Marshall Plan Foundation, and the Club of Rome in Germany, Huber inspires and educates about the way we leave a better world for future generations. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
