#Mix Dal Vada #Mix Dal Bhajiya Ingredients Mix Lentil/Dal - 1 Cup Palak/Spinach - 1/2 Cup Cabbage - 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped Onion-Garlic-Ginger-Green Chilli - 1/4 Cup, coarse paste Rava/Semolina - 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves - a handful, chopped Oil - as required, for deep frying Instructions 1. Soak the mix dal/lentil (moong dal/yellow gram dal or split green gram, masoor dal/red lentil, chana dal/Bengal gram, toor dal/pigeon peas, urad dal/split black gram) for at least 4 hours. Then drain the water completely. Grind the mix dal coarsely. Do not use water for grinding. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. 2. Add chopped spinach, finely chopped cabbage, coarse paste of onion-ginger-garlic-green chilli, semolina, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well and beat the batter with hands. 3. Meanwhile, heat oil for frying. 4. Make small vadas/bhajiyas and fry them on a low flame. After 2 to 3 minutes, flip and fry. Once they turn nice golden brown on all the sides, take them out on a tissue paper. 5. Delicious'Mix Dal Vada | Mix Dal Bhajiya' is ready to be served. Mix Dal Vada | Mix Dal Bhajiya is a lip-smacking snack for everyone. Mix Dal Vada | Mix Dal Bhajiya is a crispy and yummy snack. This uses different types of lentils/dal, spinach, cabbage, onion, some herbs and spices. This does not require much preparation. You just need to soak and grind the dal.
