Learn how to make a foolproof Carne Frita or Beef Steak from scratch! Carne Frita (as how we call it in the family) or Bistek Tagalog, otherwise known as Filipino Beef Steak, is a classic staple in the Philippines. It is basically thinly sliced beef stir-fried with a lot of onions and marinated in soy sauce, vinegar or calamansi juice, and garlic beforehand. This version is an original family recipe that dates back to my great grandparents' time. It is very delicious and unbelievably simple to make. Thank you for watching our video!
