Today I’m sharing Guyanese Pholourie, a delicious Caribbean street food made with dhal (split pea) batter, seasoned beautifully and fried until golden and fluffy. These are perfect served with tamarind sauce, mango sour, mango chutney, or hot sauce, depending on your preference. I previously shared Trinidadian pholourie, and today we’re making the Guyanese version, which has its own flavour and texture. The inspiration for these pholourie came from Guyanese creator Candy Tha Glam here on YouTube. If you enjoy Caribbean cooking, definitely check out her channel here: / @candythaglamcook Thank you so much for being here and supporting my channel.
