Hey Internet, welcome to another Jujitfit video. What I have for you today is another follow along video as the feedback on my first one was so positive. In this workout we are going to be doing six compound movements in a circuit-like fashion. Compound movements are exercises that use more than more major muscle group together to produce force. You can go through the circuit as many times as required although only two circuits are shown in the video. Round 1 - 11:22 Round 2 -17:37 The exercises are as follows: Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch Renegade Row Thread the Needle Push Ups Goblet Squat Dumbbell Deadlift The idea is to do either about 10 reps per side or 20 reps for the full body movements.
