Rondout Railfanning Recorded on 7/8/2020 from 7:25am-4:05pm We’re back to the CP C&M Subdivision at Rondout Junction in such a long time. The weather started off this morning with unexpected rain showers and resulted in some puddles to develop. However, it also presented an opportunity to try “reflection shots” off the puddles. We arrived just after 7:15am as the rain fell and got to witness some of the action while we were setting up our cameras for the day and we were ready to go 10 minutes later. The rain was on and off throughout the morning but stayed mostly dry yet got pretty humid by the afternoon around lunch time. The action was a bit slow to start but got interesting after lunch. The overall action on the CP was quiet but still had a pretty productive day especially when the interesting part of the day happened when we were about to pack it up.
