Quick, healthy, and delicious! 🥦🍤 This one-pan creamy shrimp and veggie rice skillet is perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep. Crispy rice, tender shrimp, fresh veggies, and a luscious creamy sauce – all in one skillet! Ingredients: • 1 cup rice (200 g) • Olive oil • Butter 50 g • Salt & pepper to taste • Pinch of turmeric • Fresh shrimp, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika • 1 carrot, sliced • 100 g sweet bell pepper, sliced • Broccoli florets • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped • 1 cup cream (240 ml) • 70 g cream cheese • Pinch of nutmeg • Juice of ½ lemon • Chopped parsley • Everything bagel seasoning Instructions: 1. Rinse rice. 2. Pan-fry rice with olive oil until crispy. 3. Season with salt & turmeric. 4. Add water 1:1, simmer covered 20 min. 5. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika. 6. Slice carrot, bell pepper; chop broccoli, garlic, chili. 7. Heat olive oil & butter, sear shrimp 2 min each side, remove. 8. Sauté garlic, chili, carrot, bell pepper, broccoli. 9. Add shrimp & rice, pour 1 cup cream, season, squeeze ½ lemon. 10. Chop parsley, stir in, cook 5 min. 11. For sauce: melt butter, add cream, cream cheese, nutmeg, salt & pepper, lemon juice. 12. Plate rice with shrimp & veggies, drizzle sauce, sprinkle parsley & everything bagel seasoning. 13.
