Creating My First Rubber Mold (Part 1)

This long video shows how to make a mold box to create a rubber pen blank mold. Once created the rubber mold will allow you to cast 1, 2, 3 or 4 individual pen blanks at a time out of acrylic resin. During the last 1/3 of the video I show how to calculate the volume of liquid rubber needed to create the mold. Once cured the rubber pen blank mold should last for many castings, probably 60 or more if the mold is cared for.
