Iran is said to be preparing for a joint naval exercise with China and Russia in the Gulf of Oman, according to reports first published on January 29th citing Iranian sources. It is important to note that as of now, neither China nor Russia has publicly confirmed their participation in the reported exercise. The reports were picked up by Iranian state-aligned media, but key details remain deliberately vague—Iran has not clarified whether its regular navy or the IRGC Navy will take part. This would not be the first time the three countries have conducted joint drills if the exercise proceeds as reported; they have conducted similar exercises almost every year since 2019, according to defense reporting. The USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group is reportedly operating in the Arabian Sea. Analysts describe Iran's messaging approach during current tensions as "deterrence through intimidation." Most analysts say a full-scale global war remains unlikely without direct provocation, but the risk of regional escalation is considered more plausible. #USA #Trump #Iran #China #Russia #Military #Navy #StraitOfHormuz #GulfOfOman #MiddleEast #Breaking #WorldNews #Politics #Geopolitics #BreakingNews #NavalDrills #Defense #OilPrices #USSAbrahamLincoln #SecurityBelt Join this channel to get access to perks: / @weloveafrica We are Changing the narratives Of Mother Africa through YouTube Videos..One Video at a Time...
