Soak the aliv seeds in milk for 3–4 hours. 2. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits lightly. 3. Add the soaked aliv seeds in a pan along with jaggery and grated coconut on low flame and mix well until jaggery melts completely. Stir the mixture on the low flame till the molten jaggery is reduced. 4.
