Here is what the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone looks like in 2021! Today my friends and I go inside the exclusion zone, visiting abandoned villages, the nuclear power plant, get within a few hundred meters of reactor 4 (where the explosion happened), the abandoned city of Pripyat, and a secret Soviet radar site (basically Area 51 of USSR/Ukraine). The Chernobyl Exclusion Zone is still highly radioactive, but you can still visit if you go with a guide.
