While I do think they're beautiful, it's just not attainable for me. I don't shop like that and can't afford all the exotic fruits and vegetables to be included in my loose routine. Also... I really don't like cooking, anyone else? I'm just a normal girl trying to lose weight — and today I'm sharing a realistic what I eat in a day! These meals are super easy, beginner-friendly, and not "perfect."
