This anger grounding and regulation is especially supportive for: • anyone learning emotional regulation (children and grown ups) • parents supporting kids through big feelings • adults healing from chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or dysregulation • neurodivergent nervous systems (ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity) • anyone working with anger in trauma-informed ways You''ll be guided to: • reassure the nervous system ("I'm angry, and I'm safe") • notice anger in the body without judgement • breathe with anger instead of pushing it away • understand anger as protection, not danger • return to the present moment feeling supported and grounded This practice is suitable before bed, after a hard moment, or anytime anger feels close to the surface.
