As busy staff and volunteers it can be hard to integrate research evidence into our work. This webinar provides an overview of current scientific evidence on the effectiveness of nature-based activities for health and offers practical advice on finding, understanding and using it to support your work. The webinar is presented by Dr Laura Harrison. Laura is a researcher in environment and health at the University of York and runs nature-based activities at Leeds Mindfulness Co-operative CIC. This webinar was delivered as part of HEY Smile Foundation's Growing Green and Blue Health project, funded through The National Lottery's Community Fund.
