This video shows some of the details of installing a Zeta fork lowering kit and a Soupy's adjustable lower link on a CRF450L. The Zeta kit lets you use your stock springs and valving to lower the forks 30mm. This does not really lower the seat height however it is needed to keep the bike geometry favorable.
