Gran Turismo 7 might be coming out at the end of the year with the release of the PS5, so I want to try to do a full playthrough of all the previous Gran Turismo games until then. Here you can see me completing the US vs Japan in the simulation mode of Gran Turismo 1. After that I moved to PC though, so I never got to play GT 4-6. This year I want to try to revisit GT 1-3 and also play through GT 4-6 for the first time. I am not sure if I will manage to get all of it done but I will see how far I can get. In this video I am doing the US vs Japan Cup, which is the first cup where we are facing cars with racing modifications, so I decided to use one of those as well with the Toyota Chaser LM Edition that we won in the GT Cup. Even though every player wins the Chaser I feel like it is not really used very often and I am not even sure if I ever used it myself before, so I decided to give it a try in this episode. It looks like the Chaser is a bit too strong for the opponents here but the AI in this cup is kind of inconsistent anyway, so it's hard to pick a perfect match for it. As a reward car I got the Viper GTS-R here, which is one of two possible rewards. The more interesting one would have been the awesome Mitsubishi FTO LM Edition but I guess I can maybe use the Viper in the UK vs US Cup. In the next video I will be doing another country-based A license championship.
