Our culture, religion, nature or nurture, gender, sexuality and life experiences shape who we all are individually. We all have bad days so be kind to yourself. Encourage rather than criticise yourself. Imagine say how you would treat a friend who is going through the same situation. ► Step two is exercise regularly! Being active helps lift our mood and reduce anxiety and stress. It gives us more energy and improves general health so indoors or outdoors - find an activity you enjoy. ► Step three is take a new hobby or learn a new skill!
