I’m quietly convinced that the Webber Go Anywhere is the best BBQ ever made but I haven’t used mine if a few weeks so I decided it was time to make me some delicious hot smoked Salmon. This super easy smoked salmon recipe requires just five ingredients and very little hands on time and is pretty hard to mess up. Obviously it doesn’t have to be made on the Webber Go Anywhere but it’s a great sized bbq for smoking a half side of smoked Salmon.
