In this video, I will show you how easy and quick it is to make delicious cheese rolls with a spectacular pattern in just 15 minutes. You will see how the yeast dough is kneaded, pretty balls are shaped, and how the addition of cheese makes these rolls truly tasty! And the clever trick with the sieve will leave everyone amazed! Ingredients and recipe: Warm water 150 ml (1 cup) Warm milk 200 ml (1 cup) Yeast 8 g (2 teaspoons) 1 tablespoon sugar. 1. Stir Egg white 1 piece. 2. Stir again Flour 650 g (add in parts) 3. Stir with a spatula 1 teaspoon salt. Butter 100 ml (0.5 cup) 4. Mix well with a spatula. 5. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1–2 minutes. 6. Knead the dough on the table for 5–6 minutes. 7. Watch the video until the end! You’ve definitely never seen a method like this! 8. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands. 9. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil. 10. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 50–60 minutes. 11. Cleanliness in the kitchen is paramount! 12. Do you prefer to wash by hand? 13. Wow! What a fluffy dough this has turned out to be! 14. Dough weight 1007 g. 15. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. 16. Roll them into a ball and place them on baking paper. 17. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 10–15 minutes. 18. Grate 300 g of cheese. 19. Add egg yolk to the cheese. 20. Who knows why this is done? 21. Shape the dough into a 10 cm circle. 22. Fill with the filling. 23. Pinch the edges of the dough tightly and form a ball. 24. Transfer to baking paper. 25. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough. 26. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 10 minutes. 27. And now for the trick: It’s incredible! 28. Place the dough ball on the table. 29. Take a sieve and press the dough down from above. 30. Sprinkle with paprika and remove the sieve. 31. Look at the original pattern we’ve created! 32. Place on baking paper. 33. Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough. 34. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 23-25 minutes. 35. Did you like the idea?
