For the Thanksgiving turkey tails, you'll just need: 1 tray of Turkey Tails Shaoxing Wine (紹興酒) - Chinese Rice Wine Hawaiian Salt Fresh Cracked Pepper 1 Stick of Butter Besides Thanksgiving, in Hawaii, Char Siu Turkey Tails (叉燒火雞尾) are pretty popular.
