This session is designed to be an all levels Pilates class, providing a comprehensive workout suitable for everyone. During the workout, we'll emphasize arm strength using hand weights, although modifications are available for those without them. Alongside arm toning, attention will be directed towards our hips and glutes, fostering strength and stability in these areas. As we'll be on our knees at times, individuals with sensitive knees might find extra comfort by using a blanket or doubling up on their mat for additional padding. This versatile Pilates routine doesn't require much beyond your mat and a set of hand weights for optimal arm engagement. Whether you're aiming to strengthen your core, work on arm definition, or enhance hip and glute strength, this session provides a fulfilling workout suitable for any time of the day and adaptable to various fitness levels.
